Glukosaminsulfate is an amino sugar that supports the healthy formation of the synovial fluid, also called joint lubrication. Chondroitin sulfate is a mukopolysaccharide that can support the healthy elasticity of the cartilage. Vitamin E contributes to protecting the cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 is involved in the biosynthesis of collagen. Joints consist of a large part of collagen. The Manganese trace element supports an enzyme that is important for building bones and connective tissue.
