A year ago, I noticed side effects of menopause such as: night sweats, daytime sweats, lying awake for hours at night, and latent restlessness. Even while using this Weleda Cimicifuga comp. the symptoms have disappeared. I finished this double pack back then. I was symptom-free for a year. Two weeks ago the symptoms came back and I just ordered the next pack. Clear recommendation!
