D-Mannose 100% pure
D-Mannose is a simple sugar related to glucose and galactose.
The D-Mannose recognizes the surface structures of bacteria such. B. E. Coli and docks to it. This allows the bacteria to bind.
D-Mannose is free from additives.
Gluten and lactose free.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

I'm a big fan of this D-Mannose powder. Not only is it very effective and can also be used profilactically, but it also does not require any additives. It is a vegan product. The packaging not only allows for easy handling, but also produces little waste.

We have been using this product for several months, my husband has SPK and therefore constantly struggles with bladder infections. Since taking D-mannose regularly, this has been over for several months! Can now be recommended!

Since I used to get bladder infections very quickly and my longest lasted 8 weeks (with 2 different antibiotics) - nothing helped me. Then my osteopath told me about this powder. Immediately after the first dose I felt significantly better...
I swear by this powder and take it at the slightest sign without a bladder infection occurring.
I've read that you can take it every day as a prophylactic or do a treatment, which is what I'm going to do now with this large pack, which is significantly cheaper here than in the pharmacy.
