1 tablet contains:
562 mg calcium-magnesium carbonate with 115 mg calcium and 68 mg magnesium
Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, corn starch, carrier maltodextrin, whole palm fat hardened, coconut oil, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Gluten and lactose free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Consumption recommendation:
Take 4 tablets daily with meals and some liquid.
Reference quantity (4 tablets) contains:
Calcium 460 mg (58%*), Magnesium 272 mg (72%*)
