Quercetin is a secondary plant substance and belongs to the flavonoids (plant pigments) and polyphenols (bioactive substances). They occur naturally in plants and protect the plants from harmful environmental influences. Green Naturals Quercetin Capsules contain only natural quercetin.

The human body cannot produce quercetin itself and must obtain the flavonoid from food. There are some foods that contain the phytochemical. These include, among others:

The quercetin content in food varies depending on how it is prepared. For example, large amounts of the flavonoid are already lost when peeling fruit and vegetables.

Quercetin is a great natural substance that is obtained from the flower extract of the Japanese mustard tree in the capsules. The capsules help me against allergy problems.

I really like the Quercetin capsules. I had been aware of quercetin for a long time and I finally found a supplement that consists of purely plant-based quercetin and in which no synthetic quercetin is used.
