1. What is Panthenol solution Lichtenstein and what is she applied for?

Panthenol solution Lichtenstein is a means of wound treatment. It is used to support the healing of skin and mucous membranes.

2. What should you consider Lichtenstein before using Panthenol solution?

Panthenol solution Lichtenstein must not be used if it is allergic to dexpanthenol, methyl (4-hydroxybenzoate), Propyl (4-hydroxybenzoate) (parabenses), sodium benzoate or one of the other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in section 6.

Warnings and Precautions:
Due to the content of alcohol, frequent use of the medicine on the skin can cause irritation or inflammation and skin dryness.

Children and older people:
There are no application restrictions for children and older people.

Application of Panthenol solution Lichtenstein together with other medicines:
Interactions with other means are not known in terms of intended use.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Since it is not known how much dexpanthenol is absorbed by the skin into the bloodstream, in a large-scale application of Panthenol solution Lichtenstein during pregnancy and lactation of the benefits of the application should be carefully weighed against a possible risk.

Driving and ability to operate machines:
There are no special precautions required.

Panthenol solution Lichtenstein contains sodium benzoate.
Sodium benzoate can cause light irritation to skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

Always use this medicine as described in this leaflet or exactly after the arrangement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: Wear Panthenol Solution Lichtenstein until several times daily undiluted to the affected areas. The 500 ml solution for use on the skin can also be used undiluted in the form of rinses or envelopes.

Duration of application:

4. Which side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but they do not have to occur each other.

Possible side effects:

Other possible side effects:
Methyl (4-hydroxybenzoate) and propyl (4-hydroxybenzoate) or Sodium benzoate can cause hypersensitivity reactions, even late reactions.

5. How is Panthenol solution to store Lichtenstein?

Keep this medicine inaccessible to children. You may not use this medicine after the expiry date specified on the folding box and on the container according to "until". The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Note on durability after a break:
Original pack with 50 ml: After breaking the bottle, Panthenol solution Lichtenstein is 8 weeks durable.
Original pack with 500 ml: After breaking the bottle, Panthenol solution is lichtenstein for 12 weeks.

6. Content of the pack and further information

What Panthenol solution contains Lichtenstein:
The active ingredient is dexpanthenol. 100 ml of solution contains 5 g of dexpanthenol.

The other ingredients are:
Sodium benzoate, methyl (4-hydroxybenzoate), propyl (4-hydroxybenzoate), Ethanol 96%, purified water, 10% hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment.

Panthenol solution Lichtenstein is a clear and colorless solution, which is filled in brown glass bottles to 50 or 500 ml. the 50 ml bottles are provided for dropwise application with a drop-free polyethylene dripping insert and a screw cap made of white polyethylene. The 500 ml bottle is provided with a colorless pouring aid of polyethylene and with a screw cap made of white polyethylene.
