Application:
Brush your teeth 2x to max. 3x a day, then spit out, avoid swallowing. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. Discontinue use in case of intolerance and consult the dentist.

I was able to test the Extra Frisch variety from Parodontax as part of a product test. It has a slightly salty taste that sets this toothpaste apart from others. I found it strange the first two times I used it, but I've gotten used to it now. It is also pink in color instead of white. Paradontax leaves me with fresh breath immediately after application, which stayed with me for hours afterwards. My gums usually bleed after brushing my teeth, but I don't have that problem with this toothpaste.

A very good toothpaste. I have big problems with gums that bleed very often. After the Ball of Wear I can see a noticeable difference in my gums. Very good taste, leaves a slightly fresh breath after application.

Also a great toothpaste, good consistency and a fresh feeling in the mouth. Reduces my bleeding gums very reliably

The taste is completely different than what you would expect from a toothpaste. Very hard to get used to and spicy. But the effect is very good.
