1. What is Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% and what is it used for?
Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% is a medicine for local anesthesia (ester-type local anesthetic)
Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% is used in the context of neural therapeutic application principles.

2. What do you need before using Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% NOTE?
Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% must not be used
. If you hypersensitive (allergic) to Procain, other local anesthetics from ester type, sulfonamides
(Certain group of antibiotics), benzoic acid (parabenses) or any of the other ingredients of Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% are
. With known lack of a specific body's own substance (Pseudocholine esterase) with the sequence of a significantly slowing down degradation of procain
. For injection in strikers (arteries), into the environment of the outer shell of the central nervous system (epidural) or in the spinal channel (spinal).

Take special care with Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% is required if you are at one
. certain form of muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis)
. Disruption of the heart irritation system
. Heart muscle weakness or
. the injection should be made in an inflamed area.
Prior to the use of Pasconeural Injectopas®® 1%, the applicable physician is basically on a good replenishment
Pay attention to the circulation, make a careful circulatory monitoring and have all measures to ventilate, therapy of convulsive accidents and revival. Furthermore, the doctor must see from you whether you have an allergic reaction to other drugs that are chemically used with procain, as it can also come to an allergic reaction to procain (paragraph allergy). To avoid side effects, the following points should be considered:
. In certain cases before using Pasconeural Injectopas® 1%, create a drip.
. Dosing as low as possible.
. Usually do not use a vascular additive (s. Dosage instructions).
. Before injection, carefully sucked into two levels (rotation of the cannula).
. Caution when injected in infected areas (due to increased recording in reduced efficacy).

For applying for children, there are no application experiences from which general dosing recommendations can be derived.

b.) Older people:
In the case of older people, a dose adjustment is recommended according to the respective general condition.

Applying Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% with other medicines: Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you apply or recently applied other medicines, even if it is non-prescription medicines.

The following interactions of procain with other medicines are known:
. Extension of the effect by certain means of solving skeletal muscles
(Non-polarizing muscle relays)
. Reinforcement of the effect by Physostigmin (means for stimulating a part
of the vegetative nervous system)
. Reduction of effectiveness of certain antibiotics (Sulfonamide).

Procain should not work together with certain resources to stimulate a part of the vegetative nervous system (Choline esterase inhibitors) are used. Among other things, the influence on procain degradation leads to an increase in the toxicity of procain. By adding small atropin quantities, an extension of the pain-switching effect is possible. Physostigmin (S.O.) can have a preventive effect against toxic procain effects in low doses.

Main chemical incompatibilities: Procain should not be mixed with other medicines because a change in pH or electrolyte concentration can lead to the precipitation of the active ingredient.

When using Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% together with food and beverages.
No mutual impairment to be expected, as it is a solution for injection, i.e., bypassing the gastrointestinal tract, is applied.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Pregnancy:
Leave Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% in pregnancy
Only apply if your doctor is necessarily required.

Latving:
Procainhydrochloride passes into breast milk. In case of short-term use, however, interruption of breastfeeding will not be required. If a repeated treatment or treatment with higher doses is required, you should desele.

Driveion and use of machines:
From your doctor, you decide on a case-by-case basis whether you are able to actively participate in road traffic, operate machines or work without a secure hold.

3. How to use Pasconeural Injektopas® 1
Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% is generally applied by a doctor. Please ask your doctor if you are not quite clear about the application.

3.1 Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% becomes in the skin (intracutaneous) Injected. Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% should only be sprayed by persons with appropriate knowledge for the successful implementation of the respective application.
Basically, in the case of continuous use, only low concentrated solutions are applied by procain. A repeated application of this medicine may result in reversible efficiencies due to tachyphylaxis (rapid tolerance development over the medicament). The injection solution is intended for single removal only. The application must be achieved immediately after opening the containern. Unused remains are to be discarded.

3.2 Basically, only the smallest dose may be administered with which the desired sufficient nerve block is achieved. The dosage must be made individually according to the peculiarities of the individual case.
Unless otherwise applied by the doctor, the usual dose is for individual application types for young people over 15 years and adults with an average height:
Skinquaddling: per quaddle up to 10 mg corresponding to 0.5 ml Pasconeural Injektopas® 1%. The recommended maximum dose
For sided application in tissues from which a fast recording of drugs takes place, 500 mg procain is (corresponding to 25 ml of pasconeural injectopas® 1%). When used in the head, neck and genital area, the recommended one-to-date maximum dose is 200 Mg Procaine (within 2 hours). In patients with certain pre-diseases (vascular closures, vascular combustions and constrictions (arteriosclerosis) or nerve damage in diabetes), the dose is also reduced by one third. With restricted liver or renal function, increased plasma levels can occur, especially when used repeated application. In these cases, a lower dose range is also recommended. Please talk to your doctor if you have the impression that the effect of pasconeural injectopas® is 1% too strong or too weak.

3.3 If you have a larger amount of Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% have applied as they should

If you forget the application of Pasconeural Injectopas® 1
. Do not apply twice the dose if you forget the previous application.

If you cancel the application of Pasconeural Injektopas® 1
. Treatment with Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% can be aborted at any time.

4. Which side effects are possible
Like all medicines, Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% Have side effects, which do not have to occur with everyone.
The assessment of side effects is based on the following frequency information:
Very common: more than 1 of 10 treated
Often: less than 1 out of 10, but more than 1 of 100 Treated
Occasionally: less than 1 of 100, but more than 1 of 1,000 Treated

Significant side effects or characters to which they should pay attention and measures if they are concerned: If they are affected by one of the subsequent side effects, use Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% and look for your doctor as soon as possible.

4.1 Unwanted effects of procain relating to the whole body concern the central nervous and cardiovascular system. For plasma concentrations, as they are generally achieved in the general application, the blood pressure is usually only slightly due to the heart force and Shot speed promoting effect of pasconeural injectopas® 1% influenced. Local allergies and allergy-like reactions in the form of skin inflammation with skin flatting, itching up to blistering can occur when contact with ester local anesthetics such as Pasconeural Injectopas® 1%. In addition, as local reactions in use under the skin (subcutaneous) and muscle (intramuscular), swelling, skin drench and bruising can occur.

5. How to keep Pasconeural Injektopas® 1
Store drug out of reach of children. You may not use the medicinal product after the expiry date specified on the container and external enumeration.
The injection solution is intended for single removal only. The application must be done immediately after opening the container. Unused remains are to be discarded.

Storage conditions:
Do not store more than 25 ° C.

Note on durability after breaking the preparation:
Not applicable.

What Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% contains:
The active ingredient is: Procainhydrochloride.
1 ml injection solution contains 10 mg of procainhydrochloride.
The other ingredients are:
Sodium chloride, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, water for injection purposes.

Like Pasconeural Injektopas® 1% looks and content of the pack: Pasconeural Injectopas® 1% is available in packs with 10 ampoules to 2 ml and clinic packs with 100 ampoules to 2 ml injection solution. The Braunglasamlen contains a clear solution.
