• The preparation is a vegetable medicine for muscle or joint pain.
• Rheumatic complaints are used for the supporting treatment.

Contradictions

• You must not take the preparation,
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against nettle or one of the other components of this medicine.
  • if you have diseases in which a reduced liquid intake must be taken into account (e.g. severe heart or kidney diseases).

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• How much of the drug should you take and how often?
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults and adolescents from the age of 12 is:
    • 2 hard capsules twice a day
• Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the preparation is too strong or too weak.

• How long can you take the preparation?
  • The duration of the application is not fundamentally limited. It depends on the type, severity and course of the disease and is to be determined by the doctor. However, please note all of the warnings and precautionary measures as well as the information on possible side effects.

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should,
  • please notify a doctor. This may decide on the necessary measures. The side effects listed below may occur. Poisoning with preparations from nettle have not yet become known.

• If you forgot to take it,
  • next time, do not take the double dose. Continue taking it as prescribed by your doctor or described in the dosage instructions.

Taking

• Take the capsules in the morning and evening after meals. Drink sufficiently, preferably a glass of water (about 200 ml), the capsule is easier to swallow.
• Note: The intensive smell of the capsules is the typical personal smell of nettle extract.

Patient information

• When is special caution necessary when taking it?
  • You should see a doctor if you have acute rheumatic symptoms. Especially when their joints are red, swollen or particularly warm. Please also go to the doctor if you have constant symptoms.
  • If you suffer from diabetes (diabetes mellitus), you should ask a doctor before taking the preparation.
  • If the PR is used at the same timethe effectiveness of vitamin K antagonists can be weakened. These are anti-blood clotting agents from the Cumarin type (PhenProcoumon: trade name e.g. Marcumar^®, Marcuphen^®, Falithrom^® or Warfarin^®). Therefore, it may be necessary that the dosage of these medicines must be adjusted. If you take the preparation and at the same time one of the blood clotting -inhibiting medicines listed here, you should obtain the advice of your doctor.
• What should be considered in children?
  • There is no sufficient knowledge to apply this drug in children under 12 years of age. It should therefore not be used in children under the age of 12.

• Effects on the traffic and operating machines
  • There are no special precautions required.

Pregnancy

• Nettle herb is also used as food. So far, no indications of risks in pregnancy and breastfeeding have arisen from this. However, since there is no sufficient examinations for the use of this drug in pregnancy and breastfeeding, the application during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking or using all drugs.
