The MAGNESIUM 350 mg complex citrate/oxide/carbon.vegan is well packaged and does not smell unpleasant. It is well tolerated due to its concentration and is well absorbed. The tablets are not so big that you can't get them down and they are slightly oval but flat. I am convinced of the price-performance ratio.

Magnesium3 is a dietary supplement and in no way replaces a healthy, balanced diet. As recommended, I take one tablet daily with enough water. Magnesium is a really very important trace element, magnesium is important for many processes in the body, such as maintaining bones, metabolism and teeth. Since I've been taking magnesium, my leg cramps have significantly reduced. The packaging is enough for half a year. It is well tolerated, the tablets are a bit big but can be easily divided.
