Preparation for a weight-controlling diet: as a substitute for a meal 50 g Yokebe Classic (5 heaped measuring spoons or 5 heaped EL or the contents of a Yokebe Portion bags) in 200 ml of lactose-free, low-calorie fluid, e.g. unsweetened soy milk (1.9% fat) stirred and 1/2 tsp (1.5 g) vegetable oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, Distle or grape core oil) added. Please always give the milk first into the shaker and only then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. Following the preparation note is required. The preparation with water does not substitute for a complete meal
