The following preparation must be observed for the meal set for a portion (corresponds to a main meal): 43 g Aminobase (corresponds to approx. 4 painted measuring spoons) with 200 ml soy drink (with 2.3 g sugar and 120 mg calcium per 100 ml). Sweet to taste with Steviabase.

Hints

Aminobase only fulfills the intended purpose in the context of a low -calorie diet. Other foods must also be part of this diet. Drink enough liquid during use (2-3 liters of water or unsweetened tea per day). Physical activity helps you to achieve or keep your desired weight. Do not use Aminobase as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. When taking vitamin K antagonists (coagulation inhibitor from the Cumarin type), a consultation with the doctor must be made!
