1. What is Biotinimpuls®5 MG and what is it used for?

Biotinimpuls®5 mg is a vitamin preparation.
Biotinimpuls®5 mg is used to treat a biotin deficiency and to treat a biotin deficiency in the very rare biotin-dependent, multiple carboxylase deficiency.

2. What do you need to consider before taking / application of biotinimpuls®5 mg?

Biotinimpuls®5 mg must not be taken / applied:
- If they are hypersensitive (allergic) against biotin or any of the other ingredients of biotinimpuls®5 mg or do not tolerate this.

When taking biotinimpuls®5 mg with other medicines:
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take / use other medicines or recently taken / applied, even if it is non-prescription medicines.

Biotinimpuls®5 mg is influenced as follows:
- weakening of the effect:
There are indications that medicines for convulsive accidents (Anticonvulsiva) reduce the mirror of biotin in blood plasma.

Driveion and use of machines:
There are no special precautions required.

Important information about certain ingredients of biotinimpuls®5 mg:
Biotinimpuls®5 mg tablets contain lactose. Therefore, take Biotinimpuls®5 MG only after consulting your doctor if you are familiar with any intolerance to certain sugars. Sugar free, gluten-free, free of preservatives, free of animal fats.

3. How is Biotinimpuls®5 MG to take?

Always take Biotinimpuls®5 Mg exactly as directed in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the dose is 1 tablet biotinimpuls®5 mg (corresponding to 5 mg biotin) daily. For the therapy of the multiple carboxylasem angel, take 1 to 2 daily Tablets Biotinimpuls®5 mg (corresponding to 5 to 10 mg biotin). 4. Which side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, biotinimpuls® can have 5 mg side effects, but they do not have to occur each other. The assessment of side effects is based on the following frequency information:

Biotin, also called Vitamin H, is one of the vitamins of the B group. Biotin plays an important role in metabolic processes, such as the other B vitamins too. It helps with glucose synthesis and favors smooth cell growth and division. In addition, biotin is important when degrading amino and fatty acids. In particular, it supports the formation of keratin, as a horny substance an important part of hair, skin and fingernails. Therefore, it is particularly important for the health of these areas. Screw skin, brittle fingernails, dry, dull and split hair can be signs of a biotin deficiency.
