Elytro is a powdered glucose-electrolyte mixture specifically designed to respond to the fluid loss associated with diarrhea (diarrhea) and to replenish lost fluids and electrolytes as quickly as possible.

Elytro is used for the diet management of dehydration in diarrheal diseases and is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet).

Hints

Suitable for children from 3 years, teenagers and adults. Do not use to self-treat severe diarrhea lasting more than three days. Elytro should only be given to diabetics after consultation with their doctor.

Do not use in the case of renal excretion disorders, metabolic alkalosis, uncontrollable vomiting, carbohydrate absorption disorders, clouded consciousness and shock as well as in the case of phenylketonuria. Do not use in the event of an acute lack of liquid as a result of occlusive diseases in the digestive tract. Use Elytro under medical supervision. Not suitable as sole food source. Not suitable for parenteral use!
