Field of use

The preparation belongs to a group of drugs against fungal diseases. This medicine is intended for the treatment of mushrooms and yeasts on the skin.

Contradictions

The medicine must not be used,

• if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against terbinafin or one of the other components. You can e.g. B. recognize from red spots and swelling of the skin or itching.

dosage

Always use this cream exactly after instruction from the doctor please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Adults and adolescents over 12 years of use and frequency of application:

• Foot mushroom (Tinea Pedis): 1 times a day for 1 week. Possible symptoms of foot fungus are itching, redness and scales between the toes and on the soles of the feet. Occasionally there can also be tears of the skin (especially between the toes) and blisters. Foot mushroom often causes an unpleasant smell.
• Lichen (Tinea corporis): 1 times a day for 1 week. A braid consists of slowly growing, itchy, reddened and scaly circular spots that can be distributed all over the body.
• Skin mushroom (cutaneous candidiasis): 1 times a day for 1 to 2 weeks. Candida is a yeast mushroom that can cause infection of the skin under certain circumstances. The damage to the skin is often in warm, damp body regions such as the bar or under the breasts. The symptoms are itching, redness and scaling.
• Kleisliechte (Pityriasis Versicolor): 1 to 2 times a day for 2 weeks. The yeast mushroom, which causes the brawl (Pityriasis Versicolor), is called Malassezia for the furthur. An infection with this yeast mainly occurs on the shoulders, the upper body and the upper arms. The symptoms consist of slightly itchy and slightly scaly spots.   • In general, the symptoms are improved after a few days. An irregular application or early canceling the treatment increases the likelihood that the symptoms will reappear. If you do not find an improvement for a week or two, inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Older people:

• There is no evidence that different doses are required in older patients or other side effects than in younger patients.

Children:

• Since only limited experiences with the application of the preparation in children under the age of 12 are limited, the application of this drug in this age group is not recommended.

Please speak to your doctor or Pharmacists, if you have the impression that the effect of the drug is too strong or weak. Overdose: If you have used too much of the medicine, this has no consequences. If you are uncertainty, however, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Should z. For example, by a child to be accidental intake of the preparation, similar side effects must be expected, which were also observed when overdosed with terbinafin tablets (e.g. headache, nausea, pain in the upper abdomen and dizziness). Pregnancy

The medicine should not be applied during pregnancy or if you plan pregnancy. Please inform your doctor if you get pregnant during treatment with the preparation. Since Terbinafin merges into breast milk, you should not use the preparation if you breastfeed a child. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using all medicines.
