Field of use

Contradictions

• The film -coated tablets must not be taken,
  • if you are allergic to glucosamine or one of the other components of this medicine.
  • if you are allergic to shellfish because glucosamine is made from shellfish.

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described here or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The recommended dose is a film -coated tablet 2 times a day.
• Glucosamine is not indicated for the treatment of acute painful symptoms, since a relief of the symptoms (especially pain relief) only occurs a few weeks after the start of treatment, in some cases later.
• If no relief of the symptoms is found after 2-3 months, the continuation of the treatment with glucosamine should be checked.

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should

Pregnancy

• The film -coated tablets should not be taken during pregnancy.
• Taking glucosamine during breastfeeding is not recommended.
