Field of use

Doppelherz System Grippal Complex (pack size: 20 STK) are film -coated tablets for symptomatic treatment of the swelling of the mucous membrane of the nose and sinuses in runny nose with cold -related pain and/or fever in adults and adolescents aged 15 and over.

Mode of action

The special thing about Doppelherz System Grippal Complex (pack size: 20 pc):

Ibuprofen reduces the cold pain, has a fever -reducing effect and relieves the symptoms.

Pseudoephedrinhydrochloride has a swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose and thus contributes to better breathing.

Doppelherz System Grippal Complex (pack size: 20 STK) contains:

200 mg ibuprofen and 30 mg pseudoephedrinhydrochloride.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

Application recommendation of Doppelherz System Grippal Complex (pack size: 20 pc):

The recommended dosage applies to adults and young people aged 15 and over:

The film -coated tablets are taken.
Take the film -coated clay with a large glass of water, preferably with meals.
1 film -coated tablet, take every 6 hours if necessary.
In the case of more pronounced symptoms, take 2 film -coated tablets every 6 hours if necessary.

The daily maximum dose of a total of 6 film -coated tablets (corresponding to 1200 mg ibuprofen and 180 mg pseudoephedrinhydrochloride) must not be exceeded.

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine
    • They suffer from asthma. The application of this drug can trigger a asthma attack.
    • In the history of gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. diaphragm [Hiatushernie], gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach or duodenum ulcer)
    • They suffer or suffered from a gastrointestinal disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease)
    • They suffer from high blood pressure
    • They suffer from a liver or kidney dysfunction
    • You have diabetes because there is a risk of possible diabetic kidney damage

  • Side effects can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose over the shortest period. Older people have an increased risk of side effects.

  • Anti -inflammatory agents/painkillers such as ibuprofen can go hand in hand with a slightly increased risk of heart attack or stroke, especially when using in high doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
  • You should discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine
    • have heart disease including heart failure (heart failure) and angina (chest pain) or a heart attack, a bypass surgery, peripheral arterial cladding disease (circulatory disorders in the legs or feet due to narrowed or closed arteries) or any kind of stroke (including mini stroke or transitory ischemic attack, "tia")

  • There is a risk of kidney dysfunction in dehydrated young people (young people with lack of fluid).
• Athlete
  • Pseudoephedrinhydrochloride can lead to positive results in doping controls.

 

• Wateriness and ability to operate machines
  • The medicine can cause dizziness, hallucinations, unusual headaches and visual or hearing disorders and thus temporarily restrict their ability to carry a vehicle and operate machines.
  • If one of these symptoms occurs with you, you should avoid driving a vehicle and operating machines.
