IMMUNE DIRECT sticks
Portion sticks for direct consumption without water with honey-sage flavor

With vitamin C, B12, D3, magnesium, zinc and selenium for a healthy immune system* plus histidine & bioflavonoids

Avitale Immun Direct contains selected, well-dosed vitamins and minerals that specifically support a healthy immune system. These were supplemented by phytochemicals, bioflavonoids and the semi-essential amino acid histidine. Our immune system is challenged every day, especially in the case of persistent stress, environmental pollution and changing weather conditions.

The vitamins B6, B12 and D3 as well as the minerals magnesium, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C also supports the immune system during and after intensive physical activity.

Consumption recommendation:
Put the content of a stick directly on the tongue once a day after a meal, slowly dissolve and swallow. Tip: Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble and is better absorbed by the body with fatty meals recorded

I decided on a cheap product. I've been sick for 2 weeks now and have been taking it for about 1.5 weeks. I don't have the feeling that the immune system is doing much, and it tastes terrible. You feel like you have a bar of soap in your mouth. It says in the package insert: let it melt in your mouth. My husband and I cannot do that given the taste. It works with plenty of water in your mouth. Wouldn't order it again.
