Magnesium is very&important for the normal functioning of our muscles and&nervous system. But times of stress, heavy physical exertion, or a sporty or very active lifestyle can increase the need for magnesium.



Magnetrans® Depot 400mg supports the body with a modern 2-phase technology with a total of 400mg magnesium. The special structure of the tablet ensures that part of the magnesium contained is released immediately after ingestion within the first approx. 45 minutes, while the delayed depot&phase then supplies it with magnesium for several hours.



ANWENDUNGSEMPFEHLUNG
Take 1 tablet daily with enough liquid. If necessary, you can also divide the tablet into two portions at the score line.

Consumption recommendation of Magnetrans Depot 400mg magnesium tablet (pack size: 20 pieces):

Adults and adolescents from 12 years: Take 1 tablet daily with enough liquid. If necessary, you can also divide the tablet into two portions at the score line

Hints

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Excessive consumption of magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Magnetrans® DEPOT 400 mg should not be consumed if you are taking laxatives or medicines for heartburn/acid regurgitation that also contain magnesium. People with impaired kidney function should consult their doctor before consumption.
