Overdose?
With severe overdoses of vitamin B1, stimulus transmission disorders can occur. With long -term overdose of vitamin B6, there can be a nerve -damming effect. Long -term intake of high doses vitamin B6 can lead to local nerve disorders with sensations and disorders of the movement sequences. If in doubt, contact your doctor.

In general, pay attention to a conscientious dosage especially in infants, toddlers and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

How do the ingredients of the drug work?

Pyridoxin (vitamin B6): The active ingredient controls a number of metabolic processes in the body, for example the production of protein components, of messenger substances of the nervous system such as adrenaline and the production of the red blood pigment. It also influences blood clotting. A lack of pyridoxin can therefore manifest itself through anemia or damage to nerves, skin or mucous membrane.

Contradictions

Pregnancy

  • If you are pregnant or if you breastfeed, this drug is only useful due to its amount of active ingredient to treat a proven vitamin B1 and B6 due to a lack of. Therefore, you may only take the medicine after careful benefits/risk assessment by the treating doctor. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B1 1.4 - 1.6 mg and for vitamin B6 2.4 - 2.6 mg. The safety of taking more greater than the daily doses has not yet been proven.
  • Vitamin B1 and B6 pass into breast milk. High doses of vitamin B6 can inhibit milk production.
