If you feel tired and tense more often than usual, notice little forgetfulness or your ability to concentrate decreases, these can be signs of iron deficiency. This occurs when the body's iron requirements are not met by food. An increased need arises, for example, when there is a high loss of iron, as with blood donations, operations and bleeding, or when the organism needs more iron than otherwise, as is sometimes the case in growth. When one of these events occurs, the body's natural iron stores gradually become depleted and one occurs early stage of iron deficiency. How does Vitaferro® Effervescent work?
Iron is a vital trace element that is responsible for the formation of the blood pigment in the body. Unfortunately, it cannot be formed by the organism itself, but must be ingested through food. Vitaferro® Effervescent supplies the body with iron in the form of an effervescent tablet that is well tolerated and contains bivalent iron, which is excellently absorbed by the body. After drinking, Vitaferro® Effervescent quickly reaches the upper parts of the intestine via the stomach and can be absorbed into the blood there. This eliminates anemia and symptoms of iron deficiency.
How is Vitaferro® Shower used?
Vitaferro® Effervescent is available in pack sizes of 20 or 100 effervescent tablets. Adults take one tablet per day, dissolved in water, as the standard dose and taken half an hour to an hour before a meal. In the case of severe anemia, two to three tablets can be taken. Importantly, Vitaferro® Effervescent should be taken regularly over a long period of time, as the body's iron stores only replenish slowly. Before taking, however, consultation with the should be consulted by a doctor in order to prove the iron deficiency state and to rule out negative interactions with other medications as well as an oversupply of iron.
